The iM7 offers seamless integration with any dock-connecting iPod. One of the best advantages to other iPod speaker systems in its class is that it can run on either batteries (eight D size alkalines) or AC power. So while this is not something you would want to lug around on campus, you can easily carry it around in to another room.

Although specifically designed for the iPod, the IM7′s auxiliary analog stereo mini-jack input lets it work with any audio device. The speaker system consists of two one inch tweeters and two 3 inch midrange drivers. The real power is in the 4 inch side-firing subwoofer on one side and the 4 inch passive radiator on the other.
